Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer free shipping on orders over $100 before taxes. Orders under $100, shipping is a flat rate of $8.99.

Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking to update.

Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer is responsible for reshipping fees.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been handed off to the carrier, it becomes their responsibility.
If your package is lost or experiencing delays, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We are happy to assist with information needed to file a claim.
